Messages from Love: A Workbook & Course in Supportive Self-Talk

Your inner self-talk is very powerful. The thoughts you entertain and the emotions that result create your experience of life. If you give yourself messages based in fear or worry, you will feel anxious. If you use messages based in love and trust, you will feel at ease. You will feel good. When you feel good, you show up for life from a different vantage point and can create the life you desire.
You can heal stuck patterns, fear and negative thoughts by listening to your authentic, loving heart. Thoughts based in Love create healing within and transform behaviors that do not serve you. Learning to listen to Love instead of fear is one of the most powerful things you can do to heal from the past and create a more healthy life.
This Course and Workbook:
- Provides meditations that connect to the inner spirit and its voice of Love.
- Helps reduce discomfort by redirecting the mind towards loving thoughts.
- Explores methods for deeper healing of painful beliefs & life experiences.
